GEOGRAPHY:DESCRIBE A LANDSCAPE


This landscape is situated in San Diego(California). It is a mediterranean climate(a type of temperate zone),in wich summers are hot and winters are mild because of the proximity to the sea. Precipitation is not abundant(summers are very dry). Rivers have a low,irregular flow due to seasonal variations in rainfall. Forests in this zone are made up of evergreen trees such as pines and holms oaks. There are mice,rabbits,hares,snakes,insects,birds,etc
At the background we can appreciate the sea and a beautiful sky with different colors. At the foreground we can see a mountain or a similar relief with a green vegetation and something like a wooden bridge.
I have chosen this picture because is very beautiful and I want to visit it.

    The landscape is great, but when you describe the Mediterranean landscape you must add some other images showing typical plants ans animals living in that space.
